About Bill Verdon

Bill brings over 20 years of sales and marketing experience to his real estate career having represented hundreds of companies including some of the largest in the world such as Unilever, Nestle, Heinz, Dannon, Hershey and many other top tier organizations. In his past position as Regional Director with the nations leading food brokerage Bill managed over 350 sales and marketing specialists in a nine state territory. Bill has lived in Central Denver for 32 years and is one of the best Denver real estate agents around.

He began his real estate career in 2001 working with the listing brokers of the WaterTower Loft Project in LoDo's Central Platte Valley. Being affiliated with one of the most successful loft projects downtown gave Bill a wealth of experience. The following year Bill was awarded the Denver Board of Realtors "Rookie of the Year" Award. Bill was also actively involved as a listing agent in 24 Walnut, a 29 unit Townhome project built in Denver's booming Historic Ballpark neighborhood. While managing an active and healthy resale business Bill is now involved as one of the listing agents for Welton Place, an infill project four blocks from downtown located on the edge of the Curtis Park neighborhood. This project when complete will consist of 175 condos and high end town homes as well as street front retail and commercial space along the Welton Light Rail line.

Recently he just launched a new project in the middle of Curtis Park’s historic district.  The project named Traverse when complete in spring 2009 will consist of 13 town homes which will be “System Built” the new buzz word for module homes. No these will not be yesterday’s home but the new era of factory built homes, with slab granite, energy efficient windows, balconies, city views, and wood floors.

Bill lives 3 blocks from Downtown where Curtis Park, Five Points, and Uptown converge at Park Avenue. He is extremely knowledgeable of the Central Denver neighborhoods and represents both buyers and sellers for new and resale homes, condos, and lofts.
